Lifestyle Solutions engaged ISA to design a purpose-built facility in Forster that supports people with disability, young people and children in out-of-home care, as well as their families and communities. The project focused on creating a welcoming, inclusive and highly functional environment that reflects the organisation’s commitment to care, support and community connection.
The building has been carefully planned to provide staff with efficient and practical spaces from which to deliver Lifestyle Solutions’ diverse range of services, while ensuring clients feel comfortable, safe and valued. Emphasis was placed on natural light, energy efficiency and user wellbeing, resulting in a bright and inviting workplace that responds to the needs of both staff and clients. The completed facility successfully balances functionality, accessibility and sustainability.
